By accessing and using K4L FLOW ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

To use K4L FLOW, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use K4L FLOW only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Harvest, collect, or store personal data about other users without consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Karate 4 Life and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service, but grant us a license to store, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

K4L FLOW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karate 4 Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is a training management tool and does not replace professional medical advice, fitness instruction, or martial arts training supervision. Always consult qualified professionals for health and training decisions.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is subject to a 14-day grace period during which you may cancel the request. After this period, all your data will be permanently removed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
